Senior GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Owning project work across the GTM stack, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will manage tool implementations, integrations, and automation while addressing tier 2 escalations and contributing to solution design in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project work across the GTM stack, including new tool implementations and cross-tool enhancements
• Handle tier 2 escalations, tracing root causes of integration failures and data model questions
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling and APIs, ensuring data consistency across systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and building on GTM/business systems, particularly with Salesforce
• Proven delivery record of end-to-end project ownership in implementations, integrations, or process automations
• Experience building and debugging integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to systems work
• Data fluency with SQL and warehouse concepts, capable of tracing data quality issues
