Senior GTM Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic revenue operations team, the full-time Senior GTM Engineer will manage project work involving tool implementations, integrations, and automation while addressing tier 2 escalations and enhancing AI-powered workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver project work across the GTM stack, including new tool implementations and cross-tool enhancements from design through rollout
- Handle tier 2 escalations, tracing root causes of integration failures and data model issues, and implementing durable fixes
- Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tooling and APIs, ensuring data consistency across systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering and building on GTM/business systems, with strong expertise in Salesforce and at least two other GTM tools
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, including implementations, integrations, or process automations
- Experience building and debugging integrations via iPaaS tools and APIs, with a solid understanding of data flow and failure modes
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to systems work, including automation and integrations
- Familiarity with coding languages such as Apex, Python, or JavaScript to read and review code
