Senior GTM Learning Platforms Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote full-time Senior GTM Learning Platforms Manager will oversee and optimize learning technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives while enhancing training and onboarding for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework
• Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms
• Partner with various teams to curate and optimize learning pathways and training programs

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function
• Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience managing system integrations with excellent project management skills
