Senior GTM Packaging Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior GTM Packaging Manager will spearhead the operationalization of Workday's GTM Packaging strategy, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to optimize processes and ensure seamless execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
• Develop frameworks for implementing and monitoring key packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Lead change management efforts and create communication plans, training materials, and support resources for new processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Revenue operations, Business operations, or Sales Strategy within a technology organization
• Minimum 5+ years' experience building GTM analyses and models that inform decisions adopted by sales leadership
• Minimum 1+ years of experience applying Claude or similar AI tools to GTM strategy and operations work
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience with Workday's products and solutions, including current product packaging and pricing, is a plus
