Senior GTM Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior GTM Recruiter will build and execute recruiting strategies for Go-To-Market functions, managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance while enhancing hiring practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM functions aligned with company growth goals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for high-impact roles
• Develop scalable hiring processes and serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy to cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Go-To-Market functions
• Proven track record of building or scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced environments
• Experience creating structured recruiting practices and driving change in hiring processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise leaders at all levels
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system (ATS)
