As a full-time Senior GTM Recruiter, the candidate will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market organizations, focusing on attracting top-tier talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiations
- Act as a strategic advisor to revenue leadership, facilitating hiring meetings and providing market insights

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (Fintech or SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record in hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM functions
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive sourcing mindset
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify hiring trends and challenges
