Senior GTM Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Engineering team, the full-time Senior GTM Systems Analyst will manage systems project lifecycles, optimize technology strategies, and foster cross-functional relationships to enhance customer-focused processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize requests
• Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through completion, collaborating with various teams
• Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology to support best-in-class teams

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles
• Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, particularly with Salesforce and BI tools
• Strong detail-oriented and process-driven mindset with experience documenting processes
• Excellent communication skills for summarizing complex information for various stakeholders
• Ability to balance immediate needs with future vision while managing ambiguity
