Senior Guidewire Developer

Job Summary

Serving as a Senior Guidewire Developer, the full-time remote position will manage the development and support of InsuranceNow configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and ensure technical quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of rate filings, product versions, and underwriting rule changes
• Provide analysis and solutions for new features and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards
• Review designs and configuration changes while guiding defect remediation strategies and supporting UAT and production readiness

Required qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow (ACX) configurations
• Proficiency in claims and billing, ratebook and pricing configuration, and product model changes
• Ability to assess impacts of product changes across jurisdictions
• Experience collaborating with product management, business analysts, and QA teams
• Strong understanding of unit testing standards for code changes
