Senior Hardware Engineer
Job Summary
To advance semiconductor technology, the full-time Senior Hardware Engineer will design and develop high-speed interface signaling solutions, focusing on interconnect assessments, system performance optimization, and power integrity analysis, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform interconnect assessments using advanced modeling techniques to predict channel data rates and signal margins
- Optimize system performance through strategies involving signal margins, power integrity, and equalization techniques
- Document findings and communicate insights to design teams and customers to enhance PHY design and system performance
Required qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience in DDR/HBM SIPI engineering
- Expertise in high-speed interface signaling operations and power delivery modeling
- Proficiency with HFSS, Ansys tools, HSPICE, Raptor, and ADS
- Strong background in signal and power integrity analysis methods
- Knowledge of board-level construction and on-chip IO design operations
