Job Summary

To support the growth of innovative AI inference technology, the full-time Senior Hardware Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles, including ASIC architecture and design verification, while working remotely across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering positions, collaborating with engineering leaders to define hiring priorities and candidate profiles
• Build candidate pipelines through market mapping, outreach, and engagement within semiconductor communities
• Coordinate interview processes and develop offer strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically in semiconductor or silicon engineering
• Proven success in hiring across multiple hardware disciplines, including ASIC/RTL design and silicon validation
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle and engineering specialties
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics effectively
• Ability to manage multiple specialized searches independently as priorities evolve
