Senior HCM & WFM Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting two client engagements remotely, the temporary Senior HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant will lead HCM and WFM workstreams, assess workforce processes, and facilitate change management initiatives while managing competing priorities and maintaining client confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to HCM and WFM workstreams across two client engagements
- Assess workforce processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations
- Partner with HR, Operations, IT, and Finance to support stakeholder engagement and adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in HCM, WFM, or related consulting work
- Experience with HCM/WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, or symplr
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
- Experience in change management and workforce transformation initiatives
