Senior HCM & WFM Consultant
Job Summary
To support two client engagements, the temporary Senior HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant will work remotely, focusing on improving workforce processes, staffing and scheduling practices, and change adoption while leveraging expertise in HCM and WFM platforms, particularly symplr.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to HCM and WFM workstreams across two client engagements
- Assess workforce processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations
- Partner with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and clinical stakeholders to facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in HCM, WFM, workforce transformation, or related consulting work
- Experience with HCM/WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, or symplr
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams independently
- Strong understanding of workforce processes and compliance considerations
