Senior Health Outcomes Scientist

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Senior Health Outcomes Scientist will lead the development and execution of real-world evidence programs and health economics models, translating complex data into actionable insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of real-world evidence programs to demonstrate clinical and economic value
• Translate real-world data into operational and health economic insights that drive commercial growth
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present evidence at conferences and internal meetings

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent (PhD preferred) in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience analyzing claims/clinical datasets and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
• 3+ years of business experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for advanced claims analysis
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency
