Senior Health Plan Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic payer partnerships, the remote Senior Health Plan Operations Analyst will extract, analyze, and transform complex health plan data into actionable insights, drive dashboard creation, lead quality assurance auditing, and provide mentorship to optimize value-based care contract performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and productivity trackers to enhance market performance and operations
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, applying testing algorithms to ensure data integrity
• Source and organize data from various streams, executing advanced SQL queries for analysis and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in data management, analysis, QA, and auditing healthcare or payer data
• Intermediate SQL programming experience (Snowflake preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
