Senior Health Policy Analyst
Job Summary
Providing senior-level healthcare policy analysis and technical-writing support, the hybrid Senior Health Policy Analyst III will lead the development of complex Federal and military healthcare policies while working approximately 10% on-site and 90% remotely, contingent upon contract award and requiring an active Secret Clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and revision of complex Federal and military healthcare policies
- Conduct policy gap analysis and enterprise alignment reviews to support medical-readiness policy modernization
- Draft complex instructions, memoranda, and procedural guidance while supporting stakeholder adjudication and senior-level policy coordination
Required qualifications
- Master's degree required
- 12+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, Federal policy, military health, or readiness
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Advanced technical-writing and policy-analysis skills
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC and required Government system access
