Senior Health Services Researcher
Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Support Services program, the full-time Senior Health Services Researcher will provide expert consultation, evaluation, and research to enhance evidence-based healthcare practices across the Military Health System while collaborating with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor in health services research, program evaluation, and healthcare improvement
- Lead complex evaluations and assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing healthcare delivery and outcomes
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare leaders and decision-makers
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting the Military Health System
- Demonstrated experience in health services research and program evaluation
- Experience synthesizing scientific evidence and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex healthcare initiatives
