Senior Health Services Researcher
Job Summary
To support health services research initiatives, the full-time Senior Health Services Researcher will design and conduct qualitative research, translate findings into actionable resources for primary care providers, and lead complex multi-year evaluation projects, with the flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
Key responsibilities
- Design and oversee qualitative research activities, including interviews and thematic analysis, for various health projects
- Translate complex research findings into practical tools and resources for health center teams and policymakers
- Lead grant development efforts and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations in the field of health services research
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, or related field, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant research experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible research experience with a strong publication record
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative methodologies and proficiency in qualitative data analysis software
- Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) data in health services research
- Demonstrated ability to design and defend mixed-methods studies
