Senior Health Services Researcher
Job Summary
To advance health services research, the full-time Senior Health Services Researcher will design and execute qualitative and mixed-methods studies, translating complex findings into actionable resources for primary care providers and community health partners, while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative research activities, including interviews and thematic analysis, to support various health projects
- Translate research findings into practical materials for health center teams and policymakers, ensuring accessibility and clarity
- Lead grant development efforts and contribute to scholarly publications, enhancing the organization's funding and research impact
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, or related field, or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of relevant research experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible research experience with a strong publication record
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative methodologies and proficiency in qualitative data analysis software
- Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) data in health services research
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute mixed-methods studies
