Senior Health Systems Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, enterprise-critical initiatives, the full-time Senior Health Systems Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle, oversee multiple related projects, and guide other project managers while working remotely four days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management for the full lifecycle of large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives
• Create structure and manage complex, multi-workstream projects, including coordinating the work of other project managers
• Make recommendations directly to executive and physician leaders, influencing project outcomes and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of overseeing multiple projects
• 4+ years of experience interacting with senior and executive leadership
• Experience managing initiatives across strategic planning, operations, financial programs, or academic medicine
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches
