Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance quality engineering efforts, the full-time Senior Healthcare Business Analyst will analyze and document healthcare product requirements, serve as a liaison among various teams, and ensure clarity and traceability of business objectives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and regulatory requirements for healthcare products
• Develop process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria while ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements
• Facilitate requirement reviews and support user acceptance testing by preparing scenarios and coordinating participants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related discipline
• Typically 6+ years in business or systems analysis with experience in healthcare products and operations
• Ability to create precise requirements and process models in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of at least two healthcare domains, such as claims, eligibility, or clinical management
• Understanding of software quality practices to guide testability and evaluate business impact
