Senior Healthcare Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Healthcare Consultant will build client-specific business cases, run value modeling, and present results to decision-makers while working in a hybrid environment from the New York office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop population-specific savings and ROI projections for various clients using claims and benefits data
• Utilize analytical tools to run value modeling and produce client scenarios based on evolving outcomes data
• Create sales collateral and perform competitive intelligence to inform pricing and positioning strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, payer or employer benefits analytics, or health economics
• Strong command of PMPM economics and advanced skills in SQL and R
• Proven experience presenting analytical findings to senior client stakeholders
• Experience conducting competitive research and translating findings into practical recommendations
