Job Summary
To advance healthcare analytics, the full-time Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will work remotely to analyze clinical outcomes, develop insights for operational leaders, and enhance AI-enabled analytical methods across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze access, utilization, clinical outcomes, and program performance to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to translate operational questions into meaningful data analyses
- Develop and validate AI-assisted analytical workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant clinical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related analytical work
- Experience with modern analytics and BI platforms, such as Power BI
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences
