Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Reporting & Analytics organization, the fully remote Senior Healthcare Data Analyst will independently lead complex healthcare analyses, transforming business questions into actionable insights while collaborating with various stakeholders across clinical and operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently lead complex healthcare analyses and design evaluations of clinical and operational programs
- Extract, transform, and analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL, R, and/or Python for statistical modeling
- Collaborate with leaders across multiple departments to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and present findings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare analytics or related analytical roles
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins and performance optimization
- Experience using R and/or Python for statistical analysis and data modeling
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims, eligibility, pharmacy, and provider data
