Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance healthcare analytics, the remote Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst will develop patient-level health utilization metrics, lead solution development, and collaborate across departments on strategic planning in a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the selection of evaluation, analytics, and BI methodologies to facilitate problem solving and strategic planning
- Leverage clinical reporting software and data sources to develop analytic solutions, including predictive models
- Serve as an analytics advisor on corporate projects and perform descriptive and analytic studies using advanced techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Four years of healthcare, analytics, IT, or management consulting experience, with a Master's degree substituting for two years
- Experience building predictive models and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare delivery system
- Strong knowledge of analytic and visualization tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, and Tableau
- Healthcare experience is required
