Senior Healthcare Integration Analyst
Job Summary
Providing centralized technical support for healthcare interoperability services, the full-time Senior Healthcare Integration Analyst will troubleshoot EHR, HIE, FHIR, API, and interface issues while working remotely within the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance to healthcare facilities, vendors, and integration partners utilizing deployed interoperability services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EHR integrations, HIE connections, FHIR services, APIs, and data exchange
- Document defects, fixes, and recurring issues to support operations and continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in technical support, systems integration, or healthcare IT
- Experience troubleshooting healthcare interoperability services, including EHR and HIE
- Ability to diagnose connectivity and configuration issues and identify root causes
- Experience documenting and tracking technical issues and resolutions
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance
