Job Summary

To ensure accurate and compliant financial operations, the full-time Senior Healthcare IT Financial Analyst will manage complex financial workflows, oversee invoice tracking and budget monitoring, and coordinate with various agencies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of invoice tracking, documentation management, and budget monitoring
• Maintain structured financial documentation and develop dynamic budget dashboards to monitor spending
• Serve as the primary financial coordination point with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate submissions

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience managing financial aspects of healthcare IT programs
• 7 years of advanced financial operations and budget management experience
• 5 years of experience in multi-system financial documentation and data management
• 5 years of experience in cross-agency coordination and compliance
• 5 years of experience in invoice lifecycle management and vendor coordination
