Job Summary
Advising Medicare Advantage organizations on quality improvement strategies, the full-time Senior Healthcare Quality Consultant will lead consulting engagements focused on Star Ratings, CAHPS, and HOS while mentoring staff and contributing to business development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior consultant advising on Star Ratings strategy and operational performance
- Lead engagements assessing performance drivers and developing targeted improvement strategies
- Collaborate across health plan functions to identify barriers to performance and implement solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality, Medicare Advantage, or health plan operations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality improvement strategies
- Significant experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS performance improvement
- Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
