Job Summary

Managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities for healthcare clients, the full-time Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will ensure timely claim submission, analyze reimbursement trends, and serve as a primary client contact, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely claim submission and payment resolution
• Analyze aging reports and denials to identify root causes and implement process improvements
• Provide ongoing communication and revenue cycle support as the primary point of contact for clients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or accounts receivable
• Experience with hospitals, physician groups, or similar healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience using EHR systems and billing software
