Job Summary

To support complex healthcare clients, the full-time Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities while ensuring timely claim submission and payment resolution, and will work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities for healthcare clients, ensuring timely claim submission and payment resolution
• Analyze aging reports and reimbursement trends to identify root causes and implement process improvements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing communication and revenue cycle support

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or accounts receivable
• Experience with hospitals, physician groups, or similar healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Experience using EHR systems, billing software, and payer portals
