Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner will manage full lifecycle recruiting across various functions, enhance candidate experience, and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruiting and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies
• Source and engage candidates through diverse channels while maintaining a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Apply AI and automation to improve recruiting operations and develop scalable, efficient workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders
• Strong executive presence with effective communication skills across various levels of seniority
• Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows and process improvements
• Proficiency with recruiting analytics and automation platforms, such as Ashby
