Job Summary

To support a growing global organization, the full-time Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner will independently manage full lifecycle recruiting across various technical and non-technical functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage full lifecycle recruiting from hiring manager intake through offer acceptance, focusing on both technical and non-technical roles
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the process
• Adapt recruiting strategies and priorities in response to evolving business needs and hiring plans while maintaining operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Strong full lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical or Engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and partner effectively with hiring managers
• Experience with sourcing, candidate engagement, and conducting interviews
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to manage candidate pipelines
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to learn new technologies to enhance recruiting efforts
