Job Summary
To enhance HR's AI capabilities, the full-time Senior HR AI Strategy Manager will set the AI roadmap, manage governance processes, and guide automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading a direct report.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction for HR's AI roadmap by identifying priorities and developing a clear strategy in partnership with HR leaders
- Manage AI governance by coordinating legal, privacy, and compliance reviews for new AI use cases
- Guide AI and automation solutions by scoping practical workflows and partnering with technical teams on complex implementations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology, product management, or workflow automation
- Proven experience in developing AI or automation roadmaps and evaluating use cases
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday and data platforms like BigQuery or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience managing AI governance, data privacy, and compliance processes
- Demonstrated ability to explain AI capabilities and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences
