Job Summary
Experienced analysts will find a fully remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior HR Analytics Analyst, responsible for delivering advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports to support organizational decision-making and partnering with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Independently design and deliver complex workforce analytics and reporting solutions to support HR decision-making
- Conduct advanced analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights related to workforce metrics such as retention and engagement
- Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation and reconciliation processes while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of workforce metrics and data quality practices
