Job Summary
Serving as a subject-matter expert in compensation and analytics, the full-time Senior Total Rewards & HR Analytics Specialist will administer compensation programs, conduct workforce reporting, and partner with various stakeholders to enhance total rewards practices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compensation analyses and maintain job descriptions to ensure equitable and compliant pay practices
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and develop reports that support HR and business decision-making
- Develop employee communications and educational materials to promote understanding of total rewards programs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards
- Experience administering compensation programs, including market pricing and pay equity analyses
- Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HR information system
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas
