Job Summary
Supporting senior leadership across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, the full-time Senior HR Business Consultant will provide strategic HR partnership, focusing on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce strategy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior and executive leadership to align people strategies with business goals
- Lead talent planning activities, including succession planning and development planning for critical roles
- Advise on organizational design and workforce planning to enhance business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR business partnership roles
- Experience supporting Customer Success, Sales, and/or Marketing divisions
- Proven ability to analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including performance management and change management
