Job Summary
Partnering with business unit leaders, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will drive organizational planning, talent strategy, and employee relations in a remote capacity, owning a functional area within the People Operations Center of Excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Guide organizational planning, including headcount and workforce planning, and succession planning
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations
- Collaborate with leaders to translate business goals into effective talent strategies and initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in building or governing a Center of Excellence program
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of employment law and compliance practices
- PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification is a strong plus
