Job Summary

As a full-time Senior HR Business Partner, the candidate will translate business objectives into impactful people strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and develop leadership within a dynamic, international context.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that align with business goals
• Lead talent management initiatives, including performance enablement, succession planning, and leadership development
• Leverage people data and analytics to enhance team performance and drive change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering with C-suite leaders
• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or financial-institution sectors, with an understanding of regulatory and cultural dynamics
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders on performance management and organizational change
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
