Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Leading the HRBP function, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, oversee organizational design and workforce planning, and guide AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Translate evolving business priorities into future-ready people strategies and serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness
- Lead and evolve the HRBP model to align with business strategy and define partnership standards across talent reviews and workforce planning
- Partner with senior leaders to shape the people strategy for AI transformation and build multi-quarter workforce plans connected to business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in HR, with at least 5 years as a senior HRBP or HR leader in a high-growth SaaS or tech company
- Experience in organizational design and change management at the ELT-1 level
- Direct experience with AI-driven organizational transformation and workforce redesign
- Demonstrated ability to assess AI fluency as a leadership capability
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
