Job Summary
Partnering with leaders across the organization, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will drive engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness while working remotely in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Align people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership development, employee engagement, and change leadership
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improve engagement, retention, and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner or related roles
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred
- Strong business acumen and proven leadership coaching skills
