Job Summary
To support AI/ML transformation and organizational effectiveness, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, design enterprise-level people solutions, and provide executive coaching while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to VP/Director-level leaders, shaping organizational strategy and workforce planning
- Design and deliver enterprise-level people solutions focused on strategic planning, talent assessment, and change management
- Drive data analysis to identify talent trends and measure transformation impact, influencing strategic people decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Significant experience supporting organizations through large-scale transformation and restructuring
- Experience with AI/ML policies and their implications within HRBP scope
- Proven ability to influence and solve problems at the organizational level
