Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will develop and execute talent and organizational strategies while navigating complex employee relations matters in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies aligned with business priorities
• Coach and influence leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational health
• Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations while balancing business needs and employee experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations expertise
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders through organizational change
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and change management
• Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations with sound judgment
