Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Leading the workplace accommodations process, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage confidential accommodation cases, collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive the development of inclusive workplace programs in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding workplace accommodation requests and lead interactive discussions
• Evaluate accommodation requests in accordance with ADA requirements and manage the entire process from intake to implementation
• Provide guidance to managers and HRBPs on the accommodation process and develop training materials to ensure a consistent employee experience

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of Employee Relations experience with a focus on workplace accommodations
• Experience with ADA accommodations in a multi-state organization
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and state-specific accommodation and leave laws
• Proficiency with HRIS and case-management platforms
