Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Leading the workplace accommodations process, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with employees, HR Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders to deliver compliant and employee-centric solutions while managing a high volume of confidential accommodation cases remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and candidates regarding workplace accommodation requests
• Manage the accommodation process from intake through implementation, documentation, and follow-up
• Provide guidance to managers and HRBPs on the accommodation process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of Employee Relations experience with significant responsibility for workplace accommodations
• Experience with ADA accommodations in a multi-state or multi-location organization
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and state-specific accommodation and leave laws
• Proficiency with HRIS, case-management, and document-management tools
