Job Summary
To develop the HR partnering model and enhance team capabilities, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will lead the UK HRBP team, provide coaching, and partner with senior leaders to align business goals with people plans in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HR partnering model, establishing clear expectations and tools for effective stakeholder relationships
- Lead and upskill the UK HRBP team through coaching, development plans, and knowledge sharing to address people challenges
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into people plans, advising on organizational design and team performance
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably in EdTech or technology sectors
- Proven track record in implementing HR partnering models and improving ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience with complex employee relations cases
- Ability to analyze People data and connect insights to workforce and performance priorities
