Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Partnering with R&D leaders, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support focused on performance management, employee relations, and international employment law, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advise R&D leaders on performance, organizational design, and employee relations while identifying risks early
• Build UK employment infrastructure and manage EOR relationships, ensuring compliance with local laws
• Track regulatory changes and maintain accurate international employee data for audits and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with significant UK and/or international exposure
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and familiarity with EOR models
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
• Ability to work independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with US- and London-based teams
