Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Managing HR initiatives for a designated region, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will oversee workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership by implementing and interpreting policies and programs aligned with business strategies
- Consult with senior management on talent management activities, including succession planning and employee relations
- Identify and manage employment-related risks, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- 7 to 10 years of related HR experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
