Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Providing consultative services to managers and employees, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will manage complex employee relations, implement change strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-level employee relation issues and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
• Partner with business areas to develop and implement effective change management strategies
• Administer HR policies and programs while providing training and consultation to management and employees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of HR Generalist experience with increasing responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of change management theory and practices
• Expertise in employment and labor laws
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills
