Supporting the People, Finance, and Creative departments, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage performance culture initiatives, advise on team dynamics, and assist in workforce planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and coach managers on performance management and career development
- Drive execution of performance culture, including leading the semi-annual review process
- Assist leaders in planning team structures and headcount needs to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in G&A and creative sectors
- Solid understanding of HR principles, including compensation, performance, and employment law
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze diverse data
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
