Job Summary
Leading a team of Human Resources Business Partners, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR leadership, develop and implement HR policies and programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align workforce with strategic goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, retention, and compliance with labor laws
- Direct HR Business Partners and participate in strategic HR projects across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 15+ years of leadership HR experience in a Director-level role or above
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience consulting for a diverse workforce across Canada and the US
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
