Partnering with operational leaders, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide consultative advice on employee relations, oversee HR metrics, and support recruitment efforts in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an HR business partner to senior and executive leaders, focusing on employee relations and organizational development
- Investigate employee relations matters and manage background checks for pre-hire processes
- Track and analyze employee relations data to make recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of related HR work experience
- Six or more years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and legislative changes impacting HR
- Experience with HR systems
